The folks at TezCapital recently announced an experimental online tool for delegators and stakers to signal to their bakers their preferred vote for Tezos protocol proposals. It's important to note these signal votes and upvotes are non-binding, so the baker can still vote according to their conscience. I had considered developing a voting dApp for this website to allow TezNebraska delegators and stakers to register their preference, but that never materialized. Thankfully, the TezCapital tool did.
I encourage all TezNebraska delegators and stakers to use this tool to let me know your peference for new protocol votes. I plan to honor the signal votes but only if there is a quorum within the TezNebraska community. I will use the same quorum rules as the official protocol proposal. This policy of the bakery will not take effect until the T protocol. S protocol will just be a dry run
